Shipment Processing Time

Usual processing time for a shipment is between 1 to 2 weeks when the item is in stock. For back-ordered or pre-ordered items, the approximative shipping date will be noted in the item description.

Delivery Standards

• Canada: 3-16 business days (Northern regions: 8-15 business days)
• USA: 5-20 business days
• International: 12-50 business days

• IMPORTANT: Due to the pandemic's current situation, many postal services across the world are experiencing delays. This issue may increase delivery time. Thank you for your understanding and for your support!

Please note that Delivery Standards are post office estimations. 
Shipping time may be delayed due to customs, weather conditions or holidays.

Shipping Price

When checking out, you will be able to see the shipping fees. Shipping prices may vary depending on your location and item size and weight.


For Canada, you can choose your order to be shipped with or without tracking. We recommend tracking to keep an eye on your shipment in case something happens. For USA and International orders, tracking is included.

We are not responsible for lost packages and delay from the postal service.


Packaging depends on the product and order. Prints are put into a protective sleeve, rolled and put in a box for protection. Keychains, tote bags and mousepads are mailed in a bubble mailer envelope. All items are handled with care and packed for a safe trip to your home.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are accepted before the order has been shipped. If you want to cancel the order and get a refund, please send us a message as soon as possible.

After shipment, order cancellations will not be accepted. 

We are not responsible for lost packages or delivery delays. 

If you have any issue with your item, please send us a message. We will be more than happy to assist you.

If we made a mistake in the address or order, we will gladly send you another package or offer a refund, if the item is out of stock, as soon as possible once noticed. 

Wrong Address

If you completed an order with the wrong address, please inform us as soon as possible. We will gladly update the address before sending your package.
